We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager** to lead and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth. This role requires a proven track record in identifying opportunities, developing key relationships, and managing long-term strategic goals to increase company revenue and market share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across various markets and industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align strategies and initiatives.
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations based on industry trends and customer needs.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
- Monitor business performance and make adjustments to strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6+ years) in business development or sales management, ideally in B2B environments. 2 Year in managerial level.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Valid QID and NOC are mandatory**:

- **Immediate availability preferred**.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Managment: 2 years (required)
- Business Developments: 6 years (required)
