We are pleased to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo’s Strategic Partnership Team as **Manager Cargo Strategic Partnership based in our Doha Office**

In this role, you will lead the strategic partnership initiatives, identifying potential partners across the cargo value chain. The pandemic era has opened up various opportunities with many exploring the possibility to collaborate in multiple functions such as commercial, operations and digital

As part of your role, your Key Responsibilities will include:

- Drive business development for Cargo Partnership across the cargo business with focus to bring commercial value
- Explore new collaboration models for the cargo value chain (i.e not limited to interline with carriers)
- Develop business case for new opportunities involving the design of operating models, financial models, cost benefit analyses and execution plan
- Manage existing joint business, partnerships and interline relationships to ensure commercial targets are met and risks are mitigated
- Coordinate and synchronized all related activities with partners and internal stakeholders across QR Group functions (i.e. Commercial, Finance, Procurement, IT, HR) to ensure timely implementation
- Responsible to monitor performance and trends of each partnerships as well as to anticipate challenges in order for both parties to have time to make adjustment
- Identify and implement solutions (policy, process, technology) to address gaps and opportunities identified
- Periodic update to the leadership team and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and operational objectives
- Responsible to build and train a team to take on the new function in Cargo

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 7 years of job-related experience
- Relevant experience in business development or partnership of a multinational company
- Be part of cross-functional projects. This would include projects related to business strategy, products, productivity and efficiency
- Ability to command and lead corporate strategy discussions across various levels in the organisation
- Strong capabilities to storyline and craft documents for stakeholder buy in
- Prior experience in the air freight industry preferred
- Command of English language
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with leadership qualities
- Should be excellent using MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
