**Position Summary**:
The Sales and Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners while also identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills.

**Compensation**:
Competitive base salary with a **lucrative commission structure** that rewards high performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Attend industry events to generate leads and build relationships.
- Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to the top management using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the partnership team to identify and grow partnerships.

**Salary**: From QAR7,500.00 per month
