Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our managers and staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Coordinate Staff Duties**: Efficiently organize and assign tasks to staff members, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of responsibilities.
- **Report Submission**: Compile, prepare, and submit detailed reports to management, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- **Schedule Management**: Manage and maintain managers' schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- **Communication**: Serve as a point of contact between managers, staff, and external partners, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- **Office Coordination**: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
