**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurately enter and maintain data in electronic and paper filing systems. Ensure that all records are organized and easily accessible.
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Ensure that schedules are up-to-date and conflicts are resolved efficiently.
- **Office Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces. Assist with setting up for meetings and events as needed.
- **Client Interaction**: Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors. Greet guests, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required. Ensure that documents are formatted correctly and delivered on time.
- **Administrative Projects**: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role preferred.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Experience with database management systems is a plus.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.

**Work Environment**:
This position is based in an office setting with regular business hours. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate special projects or events. The administrative assistant will report directly to [Insert Supervisor's Name] and collaborate closely with other team members.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
