HR Coordinator

Support the Human Resources Manager in performing HR core functions, staffing, performance appraisal, compensation, training & development, employee relation, safety health & security, and general administration of the department.
- Facilitate the development and communication of the company’s values, conduct and ethical behavior, and reinforce these concepts through modeling and coaching.
- Develop and implement preferred recruitment practices including the management of, employment requisitions, job descriptions, advertising and media posting, preparation of offers, applicant negotiation.
- Responsible of and Manage the payroll function and remittance of monthly salaries to all company employees as per department SOP.
- Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into HRIS
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Provide input that assist line managers in making decision by giving advice regarding disciplines and grievance issues, performance, and behavioral issues, in line with the company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in staff welfare, HR relations development and support initiations, programs to enhance employee engagement.
- High school diploma
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR Administration.
- High degree of proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
