**About the role**
An exciting opportunity now exists as HR Coordinator - Commercial & Outstations, to join the International HR Business Partnering team. to support our global HR Management team.
As HR Coordinator for Commercial and Outstations, you will be responsible for providing HR Administrative support for our global HR team. Based in our head office in Doha, you will report to the Senior Manager - HR Business Partnering for Commercial and Outstations, and work closely with the Regional HR Business Partners across the globe to ensure that all HR services are delivered promptly and effectively to the staff members and managers across the world.
In this role, you will complete operational duties including - Prepare all internal and external administrative documents.
- Draft and upload memos for HR Updates and Approvals
- Ensure timely follow up of CMC, CMS, contracts and agreements.
- Receive and respond to inquiries from staff and management regarding HR Policies, Procedures and Systems clarifications.
- Prepare internal letters for various HR related purposes.
- Prepare and modify job descriptions and organization charts as necessary Follow up and coordination of time and attendance and leave questions and queries.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
- Liaise with other departments like Finance, IT, Security and other departments for approvals
- Coordinate meetings, video calls and interviews as required
- Support with disciplinary and investigation activities including drafting of reports and forms
- Develop and manage onboarding activities for new HR joiners across Outstations
- Coordinate global collection of data for questionnaires, updates and summaries as required

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Business Support Team.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an administrative role in a busy and fast paced environment
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask and ensure accuracy
- Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven experience of demonstrating ability to meet the changing demands of the business.
- Experience working in global environment and understanding timing and cultural challenges
