**SHIPPING EXECUTIVE**
**SHIPPING ASSISTANT**

To provide efficient Off shore Supply Service.

**SHIPPING EXECUTIVE - **To assist in the handling of Supply / Tug’s / Rig’s & other crafts requiring inward / outward clearance in Qatar.
To Liaise with Port Authorities & ensure timely inward / outward clearance of vessel’s / crafts as per the expectations of agency nominator.
To Liaise with Suppliers, Master, Principal & Organize / Arrange all requirements as per principal’s instructions.
Responding to inquires related to off shore projects & services.

**SHIPPING ASSISTANT -**To assist the Shipping Supervisor & Executive in all operational matters. Co-ordination of Hotel Arrangements for all In / Out personal’s. Arranging visa’s for all In bound / Out bound personal on the instructions received from Principal’s. Arranging Meet and Greet services at Áir port / Heliport and Booking of Al Maha’ Services at airport. Arranging Seaport Gate passes / Helicopter Passes for all personal.

**Requirements**:

- Any Nationality - bachelors degree, diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in same filed or similar
- GCC experience would be an added advantage
- Logistic and Offshore experience is mandatory
- Residing in Qatar with valid QID & NOC
- Will be able to join immediately once selected

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
