**Job Title : Compensation and Benefits Coordinator -HR**

**Location: Doha, Qatar**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Inputting attendance data and investigating any missing information, ensuring accurate attendance records.
- Updating the electronic registration system daily and addressing any data discrepancies with staff.
- Recording staff absences and late arrivals, maintaining accurate attendance records.
- Providing support and guidance to employees on attendance issues, including performance improvement strategies and schedule adjustments.
- Communicating with supervisors regarding attendance issues, especially those requiring immediate attention.
- Conducting investigations into employee absences to determine justification.
- Monitoring employee attendance using timekeeping devices like biometric scanners.
- Maintaining payroll operations in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ensuring timely payments and settlements, adhering to documented procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Tracking employee working hours and informing them of deductions.
- Processing and approving monthly timesheets and verifying overtime.
- Generating leave reports and storing relevant information.
- Updating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Collaborating with the Finance Department, specifically the Payroll Section, on leave/overtime matters.
- Calculating pay, benefit entitlements, overtime, and other payments accurately.
- Investigating and resolving payroll issues promptly and efficiently.
- Providing functional support to Finance and HR departments from a payroll management perspective.
- Performing any other related tasks as requested by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Payroll Officer, ideally managing payroll for a minimum of 1000 employees.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables and ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software.
- Familiarity with Qatar labor laws.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
