Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Mind Center for Special Needs. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating daily administrative activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle communication and correspondence, both internal and external.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Supervise and lead administrative staff, providing support and guidance.
- Maintain office budget, track expenses, and report financial information to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance internal communication and streamline processes.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace, promoting a productive work environment.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in the relative field
