- **Sales Support**:_
- Assist sales team members in daily activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communication with clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts across various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of services.
- **Client Relationship Management**:_
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain client databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Order Processing and Documentation**_
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
- Prepare and distribute sales contracts, proposals, and invoices as needed. LPO, Submittal, quotation.
- **Sales Analysis & Reporting**_
- Assist in compiling sales data and generating reports for management review.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Administrative Support**:_
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for sales team members.
- Organize and maintain sales documentation and files in an orderly manner.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within the technology industry, preferably with an IT background.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- Experience with technical sales support or IT solutions
- Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and trends.
