HR Coordinator

Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Following up with our PRO for the pending process (Visas ,IDs, staff medical and certificates).
- Making sure staff accommodation ready for the joiners (arrange for cleaning ,preparing their beds and rooms, providing them welcome Kits(prepared in advance) and welcome letters on their beds, arranging the driver and contact him to make sure picking them up on time from the airport).
- Welcoming the new joiners and prepare all the documents that they have to sign, explain any inquiries for them, arranging to send them to branches after any requirement such as Rapid and PCR tests.
- HR:
- Maintain record for all staff and update joiners and leavers.
- Handling managers and staff requests.
- Prepare job offers and send to the staff.
- Ongoing contacts with staff for various issues.
- Create company database and leave balance database.
- Receiving and control all the annual leaves, sick, public holidays and resignation request and update them in database.
- Preparing all kinds of letters for/to all staff in English and Arabic once required.
- Arranging drivers’ request to/from branches.
- Following up the court cases with the lawyers.
- Following up with most of the maintenance works and issues from branches or staff accommodation and arranging technician to fix it.
- Staff Filing and other important documents.
- Communicating with the Philippines agency for new joiners and required job orders, follow up all need of the new joiners.
- Payroll:
- Preparing the payroll notes in the end of each month,
- Add the new joiners, add the deductions, add the end of services or final settlements for leaving employees, add any notes reflecting the payroll.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
