Qatar Airways are excited to be launching a new opportunity to join our Loyalty Engagement team as a
**Loyalty Marketing Coordinator**.

As a Loyalty Marketing Coordinator, you will support the loyalty marketing team in defining, developing and delivering key campaigns and initiatives in order to achieve predetermined and shared objectives through co-ordination of stakeholders and assets, as well as operationalization of offer set-up, data preparation and reporting.

Additionally, this role will capture and share cross-business best practices determined by the Loyalty Marketing Manager for loyalty campaigns, specifically with regional loyalty leads.

**As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also**
- Assist in campaign design, execution and optimization through monitoring performance against initially set objectives.
- Cooperate closely with the Loyalty performance analyst and campaign leads, collect and consolidate the promotional and market initiatives delivered to support in creation of a collective view of performance in relation to the department objectives and Koll’s.
- Work alongside the Loyalty Marketing Manager, lead the tracking and maintenance of both Loyalty Marketing spend and promotional miles budgets. Make sure that actual vs forecast is captured and campaign leads are proactively making use of the allocated funds with ROI core to spend.
- Liaise with systems, operations and cross Digital Direct teams, support with the development and execution of campaign mechanic mobilization. Identifying areas to drive efficiency and automation where possible.
- Support the Loyalty performance analyst, campaign leads and Loyalty marketing manager to coordinate the definition and delivery of regular reporting. As well as execute upon identified progressive and optimal reporting style, in order to achieve efficient working styles and strengthen awareness and transparency at both central and regional levels.
- Where needs cannot be met existing data dashboard tools, support with co-ordination and preparation of required data in an ad-hoc manner, ensuring continuity of key campaigns and strategy development.
- In collaboration with the Loyalty data analyst and Loyalty Marketing Manager, support team members and regional leads to navigate and become proficient with PowerBi dashboards, providing guidance through one to one conversation.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 3 years of job-related experience **OR **Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
- Intermediate level use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic to Intermediate understanding of dashboard reporting tools e.g. PowerBi
- Good understanding or enthusiasm for the airline industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact and build rapport with stakeholders
- Ability to understand customer data and communicate it in a concise and relevant way.
- Strong time management skills with an ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests.
- Good presentation skills

**Preferred qualifications** (Not essential but good to have)
- Proficiency in Arabic language
