**About the role**
As a Planning Analyst, you will be supporting the Planning & Business Solutions Department to assist the department in defining business requirements and ensure robust co-ordination when creating specific functional reports, providing analysis on gap analysis for current and future projects.
You will provide assistance and co-operation to respective teams in conducting analytical research, evaluation, provide suggestion and support the implementation of quality business process improvements within the respective areas such as Welfare, HR, Cabin Crew Performance, etc.
You will evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and assist in reconciling conflicts by converting high-level information into clear and conscious detailed reports.
You will leverage/control logical capabilities to meet the needs of stakeholder departments by analyzing and understanding the capabilities of the systems in place that can be to support business processes.
You will analyze financial and employee related data and business functions in order to provide robust reporting and analysis and intelligence gathering for current and future projects.
You will monitor budgetary and financial expenses by providing a detailed list to the Line Manager for further review in order to assist with curtailing/curbing expenses.

You will distinguish user requests based on specific prerequisites and produce requirements based on document analysis, attend requirement workshops, analyze surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use case scenarios and business analysis.
You will maintain/update user requests through surveys and analysis by performing site visits, assisting in the creation of business process descriptors, attending requirement and business analysis workshop in order to align requirements with departmental goals.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor's level with minimum 3 years of job-related experience required or High School/Vocational/ Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
Previous work experience in an analytical or statistical based company will be an added advantage
