Head of Cloud Sales and Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Cloud Sales and Marketing to join our team at Staff Source International. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building brand presence in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector, particularly in Cloud Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Develop, implement, and oversee strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base for Cloud Solutions.
    • Identify new business opportunities, key clients, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through solution-driven engagements.
  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Design and implement marketing strategies that align with sales objectives, promoting products and services to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
    • Oversee content development for marketing materials, including digital campaigns, website content, and sales collateral.
    • Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
  • Customer & Market Insights:
    • Gather and analyze feedback from clients to refine products, services, and marketing messages.
    • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, contributing to product and service innovations.
  • Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
    • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • People Management:
    • Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the assigned section by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize sectional performance.
    • Lead the talent development initiatives for the assigned section, collaborating with technical/discipline experts and thereby ensure the availability of talent to fit business requirements.
  • Budgeting & Financial Planning:
    • Manage the preparation and recommend the sectional budget and monitor financial performance against the budget while ensuring all sectional activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvements:
    • Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements
  • Education Qualification:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT Field or any other relevant field
    • Advance degree or certification in Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Minimum Experience & Training:
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing role in Qatar within the IT industry with proven track records of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B cloud marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
    • Deep understanding of cloud computing products, services, and industry trends.
  • Job-Specific Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies and market dynamics within Qatar.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Analytical mindsets with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and target the unique needs of cloud customers.
    • Expertise in positioning cloud solutions, creating value propositions, and differentiating products from competitors.
    • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources to maximize impact.
Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is QAR 250,000 - QAR 350,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
