PPL Dynamics seeks an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals. This includes managing the distribution and promotion of Frozen food products to Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering establishments, establishing strong relationships with retailers and distributors to expand market reach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. They will also prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively addressing their needs and closing sales.

In addition to sales expertise, the Sales Executive will provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. They will maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics to track progress and inform future strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Manage the distribution and promotion of Frozen food products to Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering establishments
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Frozen food industry and market trends
