About the Role:

MACKENZIE Jones is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Country Manager Sales. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing our sales strategy in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overarching business goals and objectives.
  • Identify key market opportunities, customer segments, and growth areas to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Set and manage sales targets, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff to elevate their skills and performance.
  • Implement effective sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within Qatar.
  • Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics including revenue, pipeline, and market share to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address sales challenges and achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure effective management of the sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales activities and company objectives.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to inform product enhancements and new offerings.
  • Work with finance and supply chain teams to effectively manage sales resources and inventory.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
