Job Description

The Key Customer Advocate plays a crucial role in the execution of Key Account Plans as per the Principal strategy and Company guidelines. As part of this role, you will deliver sales budgets on a monthly basis and ensure the successful implementation of plan-o-grams, secondary placement, and activations within allocated trade spend.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure adequate stock availability in the channel.
  2. Maintain visibility through regular reporting and effective communication.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for stock rotation to optimize inventory levels.
  4. Work within allocated Trade Spend as determined by the Division Manager.
  5. Analyze customer sales data, agency/brand performance, and ROI to inform business decisions.
  6. Provide market insights, including RSP surveys and competitor activity, to support sales growth.
  7. Lead and guide merchandisers on the retail floor to drive sales performance.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • A valid Qatari/GCC driving license is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a distributorship/multinational Mobility business.
  • Previous experience in a similar field or capacity is an asset.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, including planning, negotiation, presentation skills, analytical thinking, and influencing abilities.
