You will be part of a dedicated team that strives for excellence in every aspect of property management, from property measurement and maintenance to tenant relations and unit inspection.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Property Measurement and Maintenance: Ensure timely completion of property measurements, adhering to quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Tenant Relations: Address tenant complaints and prepare budgets, maintaining positive relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Unit Inspection and Security: Regularly inspect units, identify potential threats, and implement measures to maintain properties and secure them.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of minimum 20 members, guiding and supporting them to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
  • Operational Management: Handle day-to-day operational work, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Contract Management: Prepare tender documents and manage contracts, negotiating terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with insurance companies and other stakeholders, including Kahramaa, to resolve queries and address concerns.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Property Manager.
  • Proficiency in Arabic (Native) and English.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Qatari real estate law and contract compliance requirements.
