Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Support Specialist to assist our HR Department in providing professional personnel services. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in payroll input and reconciliation, performing data entry tasks, and maintaining relevant documents.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs for various reimbursements.
- Perform all data entry relating to payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing on the payroll system.
- Reconcile all payroll data to ensure any changes or amendments for the month are accurately made and supported by necessary documentation.
- Maintain relevant documents pertaining to payroll for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration
- 3-10 years of experience in various aspects of HR and General Administration within a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in Oracle HRMS
- Excellent computer skills and numerical skills.
