Overview:

The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for growing assigned territories by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and driving the adoption of Trend Micro technologies and services.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Performance: Achieve and overachieve sales targets to contribute to the sales performance of the assigned region.Customer Engagement: Work with relevant stakeholders to take the right value proposition to Channel CEOs and associated sales and technical teams.Account Management: Develop relationships with our ecosystem of alliances or technology partners (AWS/Microsoft/Vmware/Google).Documentation: Document and maintain all account information in Salesforce to facilitate opportunity management, accurate revenue forecasting, and account planning.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
  • Account management certification such as SPIN or TAS would be highly regarded.
  • Sales-based certifications and security certifications are also desirable.
  • Exposure to both end-customer environments and channels is essential.
