Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sales strategy development and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with expertise in developing and executing sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to pursue them.

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
  3. Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

This role involves training of the sales team, which includes providing guidance on sales best practices, developing sales skills, and ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed. The collection of receivables is also a critical component of this role, as it involves ensuring timely payment from credit sales to clients.
