Job Description

The Finance & Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Manager and other departments in Doha Education City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and customer communication.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of high-volume accounts from customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Opera, and Oracle.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in administration, finance, or accounting.
