Customer Service Excellence Officer

PrecisionHire Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Excellence Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the HIA Customer Contact Centre (CC) and Lost Property (LP) Office.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will require a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a High School qualification/vocational qualification/Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
Proficient English Language skills for business purposes (both verbal and written) are essential, as well as expert-level knowledge of MS Office. Experience in Project Management and Corporate Training Delivery would be highly beneficial.
