Director of Business Development

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Consultant for Government Agencies with a background in CX or FS.
In this role, you'll leverage your deep understanding of the consulting landscape to inform our client's strategic planning process and identify new growth opportunities.
The selected candidate will partner with senior leadership to craft a winning strategy that propels our business forward, ensuring it aligns with long-term goals and delivers sustainable success.
Our team is looking for candidates with experience in advisory or consulting who can provide valuable insights into the CX landscape, informing our understanding of regulations, market trends, and potential partnerships.
This includes translating knowledge of government priorities and challenges into actionable strategies that benefit our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan outlining our long-term vision and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor strategies, and uncover opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Evaluate various future scenarios, ensuring our strategic plan is adaptable and resilient in a changing environment.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, defining clear metrics and KPIs to measure progress and success.
- Effectively communicate the strategic plan to all levels of the organization, fostering buy-in and alignment across departments.
- Monitor and track the performance of the strategic plan, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in strategy development and best practices, continuously seeking to refine and improve our approach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or a related field, with a strong focus on government advisory or consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in research methodologies, market analysis techniques, and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
