COREcruitment is currently supporting a global hospitality group with their search for a Customer Experience Strategy Manager. As part of this new segment of the business, focusing on Product, Design, and Development, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing the Customer Experience Design-Digital team.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing the overall digital customer experience, identifying opportunities and managing the development of digital solutions across the customer journey roadmap, and researching and implementing digital products and services that reflect brand values.

You'll need a minimum 8 years of job-related experience, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, frameworks, and technologies.
