I'm currently supporting a global hospitality group, based in the Middle East, with their search for a Customer Experience Manager - Ground & Lounges.

The group is one of the pioneering brands globally in luxury hospitality, recognized through numerous regional, continental, and global awards.

They are in the process of building a new segment of the business, focusing on everything Product, Design, & Development.

In short, the Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for researching, creating, and implementing products and service concepts for all product and service areas on the ground, providing product enhancements and redesigns within all ground-based areas, such as Lounges, VIP areas, and other areas as determined by Management. This role manages a group of professionals who assist in developing high-standard products that set a niche in the market by introducing state-of-the-art product concepts that rival competitors, directly impacting our NPS and CSAT scores across Ground, Lounge, and Onboard.

What you'll need:

  1. Min. Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
  2. 8+ years of experience in ground and/or airport operations environment required.
  3. Experience in luxury hospitality environment.
  4. Previous experience driving personalization, loyalty, and customer engagement.
  5. Previous experience managing and implementing major projects across the airlines' digital customer touchpoints.
  6. Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, frameworks, and technologies.
  7. Practical knowledge of project management tools.
