Job Title: Lead Business Opportunity Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Business Opportunity Manager to lead internal deal teams and support commercial agreements, renewals, restructuring, M&A, and divestments across the entire oil and gas value chain.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 15 years work experience in the Oil & Gas industry with expertise in business development, evaluations, M&As, and negotiations. They must possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and knowledge of upstream and downstream complexities including risks, markets, commercials, financials, and economics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate new business opportunities, partnerships, M&As, and divestments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including EPSA/DPSA, national & international ventures, committees, and forums.
