Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth for our Automotive Lubricants division.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Automotive Lubricants by establishing new relationships with external customers and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Maintain effective cash and credit management systems in accordance with our Finance & Audit policies.
- Collaborate with the demand planner to optimize inventory levels and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales-related documents and communications.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales performance, working closely with our management team.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new products to stay ahead in the industry.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and professional skills.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and SAP transactions as per our standards and management expectations.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty.
- Collect payments from customers promptly, confirming their Statements of Accounts to prevent disputes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- Experience in the Automotive industry, particularly in Automotive Lubricants, is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- A customer-focused attitude is essential.
