About the Job

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of terminal operations, including check-in & boarding, arrival baggage handling, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to our proud story.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development of strategic plans to enhance terminal operations.
  2. Drive process improvements across functions performed by terminal operations teams.
  3. Deliver strategic projects that benefit our business, people, and stakeholders.
  4. Analyze real-time environments and adapt operational implementation accordingly.
  5. Create effective forecasts and plans for terminal operations.
  6. Plan, direct, and control daily operations and outputs across various functions.
  7. Improve productivity using business technologies and other resources.
  8. Oversight of business technology and resource utilization.
  9. Coordinate with internal departments and customer-facing teams.
  10. Ensure effective planning and utilization of QAS resources.
  11. Oversee safety and security spot checks on QAS resources and passenger terminal facilities.
