**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Qatari market, focusing on high-value contracts in the hospitality, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, specifiers, and other stakeholders.
- Leverage your industry connections to secure projects and expand our market share.

**Project Sales Management**:

- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial client engagement to deal closure.
- Negotiate and secure contracts for flooring and fabric solutions, ensuring profitable and efficient project execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving site-specific challenges.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

**Team Leadership**:

- Mentor and lead sales and support staff to foster a high-performance team environment.
- Set and manage sales targets, ensuring individual and team accountability.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Maintain adherence to company policies and standards in all dealings.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the flooring, fabrics, or related furnishing industries.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-value projects independently.
- Established network of relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and specifiers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Qatar.
