QHire Human Resources Consultancy is urgently hiring for a Customer Service Officer
**Responsibilities**:
- Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- Must have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (customer facing or administrative roles preferred.)
- Answer to customer queries and work for solutions required in coordination with the operations team
- Excellent communication in English (oral and written).
- Should possess a pleasing personality.
- Knows how to multi-task, flexible and can work with minimum supervision.
- Problem -solving attitude.
- Maintain reports and coordinate with other departments on the daily tasks.
Must be available to join immediately.
