Job Scope:
Leads planning operations with central CSP & local sales teams, monitors effectiveness of sales operations and mitigates risks on plans accordingly in means to achieve company's and category's OP/growth objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare pre-Business Planning Meeting / CCR input
- Set the monthly sales forecast / Sprint that capitalizes on market opportunities and fills operational gaps at a CPG level
- Submit Trade Activity Plan (TAP file) to brief the distributor team on monthly target, activities and key priorities.
- Promo allocation by channel considering factors channel / customer target, history & market dynamics.
- Lead flyer participation based on customer calendar and occasion.
- Innovation volume build up
- Drive Innovation strategy and landing it in right channel and right customer
- Share of Folder update on monthly basis
- Manage WS TPR
- Submit monthly sales report at Channel, Customer, Category and CPG level for YTD business review..
- Prepare hits & misses up-on month closure by category (one pager)
- Monitor Pricing Strategy have right understanding
- Analyze SLOB and business waste put action plan to liquidate with sales team.
- Update EPOS Eyeglass report on monthly basis
