About The Role

This role requires a highly motivated individual who can drive sales growth across assigned areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to maximize sales performance, store operating profits, customer service, and oversee overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and commercial performance of all retail outlets in the assigned cluster of areas.
  2. Establish KPIs and targets, track performance, and take corrective action when necessary.
  3. Analyze sales data, forecast future sales, and identify trends to inform area operations planning.
  4. Ensure that stores adhere to repair/return policies and procedures, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with area managers and store management to optimize store displays and inventory levels.
  6. Monitor stock levels to meet sales budget targets.
  7. Identify and address underperforming stores.
  8. Work closely with Loss Prevention to implement loss prevention programs.
  9. Tour the sales floor regularly to resolve customer issues.
  10. Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  11. Communicate effectively with store management.
  12. Ensure that store schedules meet customer needs.
  13. Provide training on inventory management techniques.
  14. Optimize store operations to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  15. Ensure compliance with employment, state laws, health, and safety standards.
  16. Support new store openings and re-fits.
