**Key Responsibilities:**
- Liaise with clients and departments to offer suitable services based on client needs, cost, and time constraints.
- Process, monitor, and expedite sales orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Respond efficiently to telephone or online queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Support sales managers with sales and administrative tasks.
- Update customer information.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
- Track sales team member quotas and goals.
- Provide client assistance regarding their accounts or sales products.
