Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Executive Secretary to join our team as a key member of our administration department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our senior executives, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the administration department, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  2. Providing confidential administrative support to senior executives, including preparing presentations, correspondence, and other documents.
  3. Coordinating travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, and making reservations as needed.
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, both physically and digitally.
  5. Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the administration department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
