Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Physical Security who will drive vendor sales while meeting company and vendor objectives. The successful candidate will micromanage all layers of the sales channel, improve product depth and market share, and maintain current business relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinating the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives.
  • Meting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Proactively assessing and validating partner needs.
  • Selling through partner organizations to end-users.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ELV sales/business development in the Qatar region.
  • Experience working with IT/ELV system integrators and dealing with end-users.
  • Experience selling CCTV and physical security products.
  • Enthusiasm and a drive to succeed, with a strong 'customer-first' mentality.
