    2. Provide feedback and insights to improve our products or services.
  5. Documentation:
    1. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other necessary documents.
    2. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  6. Product Knowledge:
    1. Develop a deep understanding of our products or services.
    2. Communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
    3. Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and strategies.
    4. Attend sales meetings and contribute to team goals.
