We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Pre-sales Consultant to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Solution Development: Develop detailed solutions, including design, architecture, and proposal development, to meet client requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, evaluate products, and ensure they meet client needs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful closure of sales processes.
- Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach the team, developing their skills and capabilities to secure a solid succession plan.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee development plans.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or any other related field.
- Certifications: Vendor Certification, not limited to Fortinet & F5.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience.
