Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Telephone Operator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls with professionalism and poise.
Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Greet guests and respond to their inquiries in a friendly and courteous tone.
- Handle room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all necessary equipment is functioning properly.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of hospitality terminology essential.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
