Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Manager to join our team at Antal International Network. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the modern trade channel in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the sales activities for modern trade to achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the team and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in an FMCG company.
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing in the Middle East region is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English language (read, write, and speak).
