Sr Engineer/Asst Manager - Upstream Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through Oil & Gas Operators and Well Service Companies for the assigned product portfolio, by implementing strategic sales objectives, providing technical support, conducting field visits, and delivering product demonstrations.
- Promote proven ability to work within assigned Major Accounts, understanding their strategic objectives, and facilitating mid- and high-level meetings between their key stakeholders and influencers.
- Identify and maintain key customer relationships (progressing and closing sales opportunities).
- Develop strategies for growth, including market pricing and margins.
- Track new opportunities and report regular updates with likelihood to win.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in selling solutions in down hole, well construction, casing centralizers, drill bits, liner hangers, completion clamps etc.
- 6+ years of Sales management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or related technical field (Petroleum or Chemical).
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Interaction with customer technical stakeholders.
- Proven history of results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving, and commercial ability.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a clear mind.
- Preferred experience in Qatar & GCC; however, candidates from India will also be considered based on their experience.
- Location: Based out of our office at Doha, Qatar.
