Employee Relations Manager

PUBLIC AGemcy is seeking a seasoned HR Administrator to join its Human Resources team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
Duties:
- Support the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, providing a seamless transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Foster positive employee relations, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is an asset.
