HR Assistant

Representative of the human resources department that facilitates all HR functions and programs.
- Recruitment of new employee(s), which includes an initial interview (according to the required headcount needed and replacement per department),
- Onboarding process of new employee(s), both local hires and deployed or sourced from another country (includes visa processing, ticket booking, arrangement of accommodation, permanent residency ID process, and tools needed as per position)
- Payroll endorsement and processing of employee documents for both new hires, existing employees, resigned employees, and salary adjustments of employee(s) Employee Letter Requests (Employment Certificate, Salary Certificate, Bank Letters, VISA Letters, Family NOC Letters, etc.)
- Employee requests and concerns, which include accommodation issues, renewal of resident ID, releasing documents for personnel files in the pharmacy, and employment contracts
- Issuance of Employee Letters such as Increment Letters, disciplinary actions, and Warning Letters
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience is required.
- Proficient in MS Office and Computer Applications.
- Ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy and detail.
- Calm, particularly under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Must know statutory compliance
- Ability to work within a dispersed team, collaborating as appropriate but taking ownership and responsibility for their own areas of work.
- Locally available and can join immediately.
**Salary**: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
