Jacobs is looking for a talented Bid & Proposal Coordinator to join our Sales team in Doha. As a Bid & Proposal Coordinator at Jacobs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business development efforts by managing the proposal development process.

Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to collaborate across various teams will be essential in producing compelling and high-quality proposals that showcase our expertise and drive business growth.

You will also meet the following requirements:

- Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, graphic designers, and writers, to gather information and create comprehensive proposal responses.
- Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely submission.
- Conduct thorough reviews of proposal documents to verify compliance with RFP instructions, technical accuracy, and alignment with company values.
- Ensure all materials are well-organized, visually appealing, and meet highest quality standards.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
5+ years of experience in proposal coordination, business development, or related roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

Familiarity with technical/engineering terminology and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content.
