**About the role**
Other operational duties would include:
- Develop expertise about the operations of the business they support, about QR Group, HR and Recruitment Operations standard practices and policies
- Contribute to the development and documentation of the processes and key information relevant to their area
- Communicate the standard Recruitment Operations practices and ensure consistent implementation and adherence
- Work to established SLAs with key internal customers and ensure the workloads and timeframes are reasonable and the deliverables are being met
- Produce regular reports, share the team metrics and ensure the team understands the implication of their work and their contribution to results
- At all times maintain a high respect for all cultures and show a high degree of sensitivity for cultural variations in communication and interaction
- Perform other departments duties as per his/her position as directed by the Head of Department

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR - Talent Acquisition
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Experienced - minimum 4 years of job-related experience required
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience in any ERP HRMS modules is preferred
- Experience in supporting or implementation of Support projects on any ATS is preferred
- Ability to document process flows, SOPs in various tools
- Collaborate with the internal and external stake holders for successful completion of all Talent Acquisition related projects.
- Support in TA Projects according to the estimated project plan to the management.
- Strong Analytical & reporting skills are desirable in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout assigned projects.
- Support in managing business data and analysis requirements
- Responsible for providing day to day support on various TA systems and processes
- A good communicator with effective stakeholder management
- Experience in PowerBI or any other MIS tools is preferred
- Knowledge in MS Sharepoint is preferred
