This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and analytical ability to navigate complex airline ecosystems and deliver impactful results. As an Account Director at Hopper, you will be responsible for driving the success of our fintech solutions with airline partners.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space.
- Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines, ensuring alignment with airline partners' goals and success metrics.
- Optimize Existing Solutions: Work with airlines to improve and grow existing fintech products, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and maximize ancillary revenue opportunities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with trends in the fintech and travel industries to anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities in the fintech and travel spaces.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
