Position : EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Scope of Work Summary: An Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships between employees and their employers. The Employee Relations Specialist is a key member of the HR team responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees to resolve issues and promote a positive work environment.

Roles and responsibilities: The role involves a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Developing and implementing an employee wellbeing plan, evaluating it, and preparing related reports.
- Managing, organizing, and monitoring annual leave plans and updating them on the electronic portal.
- Managing, organizing, and updating the content of Company e-portal and ensuring its effectiveness.
- Monitoring attendance and issuing reports on attendance and departures.
- Preparing and printing letters related to employee affairs, which are approved by the head of the Human Resources Department and then sent to the relevant parties, with copies kept in their respective folders.
