Overview
As an Account Executive at Deliveroo, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our restaurant partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with restaurant partners, addressing and resolving partner issues, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve restaurant branding on the platform and enhance customer experiences.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand partnerships.
- Analyze data to track progress, measure impact, and drive strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners and act as the primary point of contact for operational and strategic support.
- Resolve partner issues related to logistics, service quality, or platform usage.
Requirements:
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS and ability to present complex information effectively.
- STRATEGIC THINKING and ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
- ANALYTICAL SKILLS using tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel (a plus).
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE in the food delivery, hospitality, or e-commerce industry (a plus).
