Job Summary
PPL Dynamics is seeking an HR Administrator to support our eDocs system and maintain accurate, complete, and easily accessible employee files. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in a large organization handling large volumes of filing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support eDocs system and ensure employee files are promptly scanned/archived.
- Maintain an updated and comprehensive database in eDocs.
- Systematically organise and maintain manual files.

- Preferably with experience supporting eDocs & Kofax
